Upon full payment:

• Clients receive rights to use the final delivered work
• CentNine may still reuse non-confidential frameworks, systems, and automation logic for internal or other client projects

6. Confidentiality

Both CentNine and the client agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, technical, or financial information shared during the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

CentNine shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Website downtime caused by third-party hosting or services
• Platform bans, ad account restrictions, or search engine ranking changes
• Any indirect or consequential losses

All services are provided on a best-effort basis without guarantees of specific financial results.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms, automation tools, and APIs. CentNine is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.
